Rău de bine
Ti-a fost vreodată rău de prea mult bine? Da, da, nu râde, se întâmplă – când vezi că nu te poți bucura de ceea ce trăiești, și că ai vrea parcă să fugi – de bine.
Da, ok, e necesar să fii rezilient, să te mobilizezi cand e nevoie, să treci hopul dar ce faci apoi? Stai cu teama că va veni iar ceva greu? Poate așa va fi, dar poate NU. Poate ai o pauză și te poți bucura între timp de alte lucruri ce fac parte din viață ( nu doar greul și stresul fac parte din viață). Nu vreau să crezi că problema este la tine. Insă o problemă este acolo. Punct.
Explicații există și una poate fi aceea că multe generații în urmă au dus-o mai mult rău decât bine.
Vestea buna e că dacă s-a putut învăța asta, se poate și dezvăța. Ușor, pas cu pas, cu perseverență, te dezveți și de “trebuie să fie greu”. Și bineînțeles că nu va fi ușor :)). Și nu pentru că este greu procesul acesta în sine ci pentru că ai fost învățat să crezi că totul e greu și AȘA va fi, chiar și cand nu este.
Ai fost învățat să fii mereu pregătit pentru greu dar niciodată pentru ușor, bine și frumos.
Ai fost învățat să nu te bucuri cand îți e bine și să te încordezi în așteptarea răului de după.
Și așa dai skip la bucurie, la prezent pentru un viitor probabil sau din cauza unui trecut … ce a trecut.
‘’După ras, vine și plans ! ”
‘’Nu te bucura că nu știi ce vine!’’
Parcă și aștepți greul cu brațele deschise, e atât de familiar si ești dezamăgit atunci cand vine o stare de BINE în locul lui .. :)))
Viața este ciclică. Bineînțeles că îți va fi bine și apoi nu atât de bine și apoi iar un pic de bine și tot așa…
Important e să le trăiești pe toate când îți sunt date spre trăire.
Viața nu zice niciodată: ‘’Stai! Nu te bucura acum că mâine o să ti se-ntâmple nu-știu-ce’’. NU!
Viața este despre ceea ce este ACUM.
Asta ai de trăit.
